We spent three wonderful nights in Edinburgh, Scotland right in the midst of their national referendum on independence from the U.K. The "No - Thanks" vote finally won out in the end, but it was a wonderful experience to see a country struggle with its identity. The city is fantastic and the people are even better. We loved our time here.
